Rentals Sat to Sat

 

· Rates:

• Off Season: $11k per week (pool will be winterized and unusable from October through first May/June tenancies).

· Thereafter, Saturday's commencing...

• June 2 and 9, $12,500
• June 16 and 23rd, $14,000
• June 30, July 7 $22,500
• July 14 to Aug 11, $30,000
• August 18th and 25th $22,500

· Terms & Conditions:

• Only Duraflame (or other artificial) logs can be used,
• Fires can not be left unattended before they are out,
• No smoking in the house
• No pets
• Pool cover must be kept closed when not in use,
• Pool rain vacuum must be left on cover when any risk of raining (any question how to do this, tenant should call Amanda, the caretaker).

· Pool waiver must be signed, which must include a disclaimer about the danger of slipping and falling due to wet feet on any floor in the guest house

· Clients can use bicycles (sign disclaimer)

· July will rent only in 2 or 4 week blocks (first 2 or last 2). August, only last 2 weeks or entire month.
